Unopened, unused Plant-Pak capsules can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (shipping costs not refunded). Items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Custom orders are non-returnable. Defective products qualify for replacement—contact us with photos within 7 days.

Processing takes 1-2 business days (expedited available).
Shipping estimates show at checkout; track via the confirmation email link or carrier site. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Plants will last 3-7 days without water depending on the size. You can add 4 cups of water to a 10x20 tray weekly to extend the shelf life. 10 Plant-Pak's fit in a standard 1020 tray.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), E-transfer, Wire Transfer, and PayPal. Options may vary by location. Cash on delivery is not offered.
Refunds process within 10 business days of receipt. Credit card refunds typically appear in 5-7 business days after processing.
Contact hello@plant-pak.com during business hours before shipping. Once shipped, changes aren't possible—place a new order instead.
Check carrier tracking first. If lost or delayed beyond estimates, email hello@plant-pak.com, with Invoice and Tracking number, we'll investigate and resolve.
No minimum for standard retail, but wholesale starts at 100+ units with volume discounts.
